Why Alora

A clearer way to care.

01

See every child clearly.

One record that holds the whole story. Academics, wellbeing, health, growth, together for the first time.

02

Notice the change before it becomes the crisis.

Quiet signals surface the kids who don’t raise their hands, while there’s still time to reach them.

03

Give every teacher their attention back.

Less hunting through systems. More time with students. Alora does the stitching so your people can do the caring.

Inside Alora

This is what seeing the whole child looks like

How it works

Alora watches two things separately: the Signal, computed from attendance, grades, and behavior, and the Index, measured only by asking students directly. When the two disagree — when a child looks fine on paper but tells us otherwise — that gap is the alert.

How it works

The whole journey, one platform.

01

See.

Families arrive through a beautiful, simple enrollment experience. No paper, no portals from 2009.

02

Understand.

Every student’s file fills with what matters. The Flourishing Index tracks six dimensions of how a child is really doing.

03

Act.

Counselors see who needs them today. And every child has access to real support when they need it.

Why we built this

The file saw almost nothing.

Years ago, I was asked to pull a student’s records after something no school community should ever go through. The file held attendance, tardies, and grades. Nothing else. The system had seen none of it.

I never forgot that empty file. Alora is what I believe every child’s record should have been all along: the whole child, seen.
